When you shop on FLAPH's website, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read through the terms before making a purchase.

Prices and Payment

The price of a product is the price(s) stated on www.flaphofficial.com at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to errors and sold-out items. The price for any delivery is indicated on your order, and the total price is stated in the order confirmation.

All prices on www.flaphofficial.com are valid until they are changed. The prices are stated in Danish kroner, including VAT, but excluding delivery costs.

The total price you accept when placing an order is the amount that will be deducted from your account once your order is shipped. The amount will not be charged until we have processed and shipped your order.

The communication between you and our payment system is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Neither FLAPH nor any unauthorized individuals have access to the data exchanged during your purchase.

Order Confirmation

FLAPH will send you an electronic order confirmation by email as a confirmation of your purchase. The order confirmation includes the order number, name, address, delivery address, payment method, specifications of the ordered products, and the total price including delivery costs.

We recommend that you review your order confirmation upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe it contains any errors. The information stated in the order confirmation is valid unless you raise objections in writing immediately after receiving the order confirmation, as FLAPH will ship the product shortly after receiving the order.

Delivery and Shipping

On www.flaphofficial.com, there is free shipping on all orders within Denmark. The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped. FLAPH is responsible for the goods until you have received them. When ordering both stock items and items indicated as pre-order items, we reserve the right to either ship the order partially or in its entirety once the pre-order items are in stock.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us at info@flaph.dk. We can assist you in modifying your order if it has not been shipped before you contacted us. Without being bound to compensate you or cover any expenses, we have the right to cancel your order in the following situations:

  • If an unforeseen error occurs, such as a payment error.
  • If your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is incorrect.
  • If we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to criminal activities.

We strive to resolve any issues that may arise and will keep you informed throughout the process, providing you with notice before canceling your order. If your order is canceled, we will refund any payment you have made to us without incurring additional costs for you.

Right to Cancel (Right of Withdrawal)

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer you a 100-day return and exchange policy.

Once we have received your return item, it will undergo a quality control check. FLAPH does not accept items that have been worn, used, or washed. All items must be returned, including original hang tags, etc. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were delivered.

Please note that damaged or soiled items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and/or the refund will be denied.

All approved returns will be credited to the card used for the purchase. FLAPH only credits the card used for the purchase to limit the use of stolen credit cards.

Returns

When you shop on www.flaphofficial.com, you have a 100-day right of return. If you wish to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned to:

You are responsible for the expenses incurred in returning the item when you cancel a purchase. The item should be sent to the address mentioned above and not to a parcel shop.

When returning the item, please ensure that it is properly packaged. You are responsible for the items until we receive them, so remember to keep the receipt and any tracking number.

Once we have received the returned items and verified that they meet the conditions for cancellation, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be credited.

If we find that your right to cancel cannot be accommodated, we will contact you via email.

Complaints

In case of a defective product or inconsistency, such as if the product has been damaged during transport to you, we sincerely apologize and ask you to contact us immediately. It is important that you clearly describe the issues/defects.

You have a 24-month warranty for complaints. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after discovering the defect or deficiency.

Please note that the above right to claim errors and defects may expire before 2 years if the product is not designed to last for at least 2 years or if it has been used outside of ordinary use.

If your complaint is accepted by customer service, we will refund the full purchase price and all transport costs. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear in your account.

Privacy

We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card, or personal data to any third party without your prior consent. You can read more about our privacy policy here.

Disputes

Any dispute regarding flaph.dk, its agreements, or purchases made through it is subject to Danish law and must be handled by a Danish court unless otherwise determined by mandatory law.
